Job Description:
Project Planning and Execution:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and healthcare domain requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment, to facilitate effective project execution.
Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables.
Implement project management best practices and methodologies, utilizing Agile or other suitable frameworks, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.

Oracle Fusion Implementation:
Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications and modules to drive successful implementation projects within the healthcare domain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to design and configure Oracle Fusion solutions tailored to healthcare industry requirements.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related challenges throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management:
Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and end-users, to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Foster strong working relationships with external vendors, consultants, and healthcare partners to facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and successful project outcomes.
Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders through status reports, presentations, and meetings, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality Oracle Fusion solutions that meet healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, devising contingency plans and escalating critical concerns to senior management when necessary.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, identify areas for improvement, and apply lessons learned to future initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically with Oracle Fusion implementations in the healthcare domain.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, modules, and related technologies.
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) and Oracle Fusion are highly desirable.
