Admin Assistant Job at TASC Outsourcing UAE

Our client is into interior fitouts. They are now looking for a Admin Assistant to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responding to phone calls, emails
Keeping records of customer samples, catalogues
To preparation of customer quotations,
Liaisoning with various suppliers, follow up for quotations, deliveries
Maintaining records of petty cash expenses, supplier VAT invoices, preparation of customer invoices

Preference:
Proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as a minimum
Immediate Joiners

Qualifications:
Proficiency in photoshop, 3D max
Attention to detail, problem solving skills
