Documentation Controller | ZC CONSULTING, UNIPESSOAL LDA
Coordinates activities related to the provision and control of documentation required by the project and the implementation of relevant documentation systems and/or processes;
Coordinates and maintains the annual documentation review process in the relevant database;
Is responsible for incorporating changes within documents, as well as coordinating the review and approval of documents with relevant departments;
It helps to develop and improve the procedures of the document control system;
Is responsible for the distribution of reference documentation to the Project Manager and the leaders of the relevant structures;
Receives and processes Requests for Information, or RFIs, from employees or customers and maintains request tracking logs;
Assist the Project Manager to develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related files
A university degree in the Faculty of Construction Engineering is preferred;
Have 3 years of experience as a documentation controller in construction projects or similar roles.;
Be familiar with project management and electronic documentation management systems.
Ability to organize data and detail-oriented
Very good knowledge of Ms Office programs;
