What you’ll do

You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy “We Care” to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
Our team of hosts is responsible for acting as a hotel ambassador during the whole day. This will include showing guest’s round, conducting daily duties in an efficient and timely manner, be empathetic and guest centric focus. All of this to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Sometimes our guests have special requests and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our host team with the support of our creative team.

Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Host must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.

Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Front Desk Agent must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
You will have previous experience in Front Desk or in Guest Relations.
You have a knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Opera, HotSOS, Spa Soft.
