Job Summary
Administrates computer and server systems and hardware to ensure smooth and secure running of operations. Responsible for providing technical support and assistance on site and remotely.
Duties / Responsibilities
Provides constant technical support for all SABA users
Responds in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Diagnoses and solves hardware/software faults
Troubleshoots Microsoft products problems
Implements and configures the company’s in-house applications
Set up accounts for new users
Handles the internet connection and access privileges for all users
Creates, configures, and monitors VPN connection between offices
Updates antiviruses, windows on computers and servers in the company
Applies policies and procedures on servers and computers in all offices
Provides quotations for servers, system and network devices
Sets up new hires’ equipment and appropriate access to the company’s system
Writes documentations of new implemented systems
Troubleshoots errors on servers and computers
Troubleshoots network connection problems
Upgrade/monitor firewalls
Upgrade/monitor Antivirus
Handle basic support related to Office 365, Azure and AVD

Skills / Qualifications
BS in Computer Science / Computer science equivalent degree
Good command of English
Basic programming skills in Scripting
2-3 years’ experience in the following systems/devices:
Windows Servers (2016/2019) [Active Directory, DNS, GPO,…]
Fortinet (FortiGate,…)
McAfee ePO/Mvision
Azure / Office 365
Basic SQL queries
