The Cyber & Intelligence business (C&I) leads Mastercard’s efforts to develop cutting-edge technology and solutions that help advance trust in the digital ecosystem – spanning physical payments, digital payments and cybersecurity.
C&I provides solutions in the areas of cybersecurity, digital identity, artificial intelligence, internet of things and fraud management. Our customers include issuers, acquirers, merchants, processors, governments, and consumers. We are creating competitive advantage for Mastercard through the innovation of highly differentiated new solutions. C&I has completed several successful acquisitions and inorganic growth continues to be a key element of our future strategy.

The position will report to the Director of Strategy within Product Engagement & Experience and will be responsible for core business operations including:

Finance
Sourcing
Rhythm of the Business activities
Documentation
Information dissemination

In this role, you will focus on:
People
o Drive change management of new initiatives across the C&I Product Engagement and Experience team
o Proactively own information exchange with other Mastercard teams
o Develop and implement established best practices, supported by continued research and industry intelligence
o Shape organizational design through candidate selection, onboarding, and active implementation of team culture

Process
o Create standards and enforce cohesiveness and alignment of the broader team
o Manage complex initiatives to ensure overall success, including scope, resourcing and timely quality deliverables that meet stated goals
o Develop the documentation and information dissemination strategy, for our team and cross-functionally, to ensure uniform understanding of policies, process, and ways of working

Technology
o Develop usage strategy for team-specific software tools to enable streamlined and cohesive business operations
o Implement industry best-practices for utilizing automation and technology in service of our team objectives

Developing your career
o Make a point to listen, observe, and understand executive and cross-functional team perspectives and/or preferences; ask effective questions to clarify understanding
o Take initiative and actively seek and participate in activities which stretches ones existing skill set, including passion projects that expand beyond your role
o Mentor and guide new and less-experienced team members
