Assistant Manager job at Common Concept UAE
We are looking for candidates with a strong record of owning and executing strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partnering with other teams to drive key Operational process improvement programs.
This role requires working with business teams across the company to define requirements and high-level process/system solutions, leading cross-functional teams and managing the timelines for field operations teams to support project launches and operational Excellence.
This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks, and change control. Cross-team coordination, project and operation management and executive presentation skills are essential, as are a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get into the details that will make Operations world-class. This position will also require that you have the experience and flexibility to work with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
You will have a meticulous eye for detail and be driven by Key Performance Indicators on operational excellence, customer experience, on-time dispatch, delivery timeliness, returns and overall supplier compliance. You will support the Operations Manager on Fulfillment related troubleshoot resolution and be responsible for order fulfilment, pending orders, order cancellation, dispatch time and returns. You will have a continual focus on 100% operational alignment and visibility.
The role requires proven interpersonal skills, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong time management and organizational skills and confidence in managing seller relationships will be essential to the success in this role.

Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
Passion to learn and be curious to become an SME in their area
Develop and maintain strong, successful relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
Strong organizational, prioritization and planning skills
You possess a grasp of Kaizen and Lean methodologies and related techniques
Excellent Excel skills
Work on creating the Supply Chain operation Vision and be instrumental to drive the same across the cross-function team
