Working closely alongside and reporting directly into the Resourcing Director with a dotted line into the Senior Operations Manager, we are looking for an experienced Resource Manager to provide strategic resource planning, forecasting and reporting across the Middle East practice areas, covering our offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh.
The chosen candidate will act as the focal point for Resourcing, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including the business heads of multiple business units within the Middle East. To be successful you will also need to build relationships with the senior leadership team (MDs/‘Partners’) in each business area and build your knowledge and awareness of the talent within their respective teams.
The ideal candidate will be looking for a challenging role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and highly professional company and will have experience in dealing with tight deadlines, multitasking and the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of seniority.
