Job Description
Monitor and supervise all kind of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumping and maintenance works related to Stores, Malls, Warehouse, offices, and Accommodations.
Supervise the IFM contractor on daily basis for the Emirates he is responsible for.
Visit at least 10 % of the stores on daily basis for the assign Emirates.
Check the daily pending complains of the stores and follow up the same with the IFM vendor.
Check and sign the PPM schedule for the stores responsible for.
Check the closed service tickets and keep the record of the same.
For ad hoc works, invite proposal and evaluate the quotes for final approval.
Release the work order on MEP works and monitor its execution on regular basis.
Obtain work completion report and keep the records for future purposes.
Keep attendance records for Security & Cleaning staff.
Responsible for checking the IFM vendors invoices as first check.
Coordinate with Concept Facility SPOC’s for IFM needs.
Supervise the works in progress to ensure that there is no deviation from the proposed drawing and plan while execution.
Organize frequent visit to corporate managed facilities and handle all relevant MEP issues in coordination with respective admin representative.
Prepare and keep the record of monthly electricity consumption data for location wherever applicable.
Prepare and keep the record of chiller /AC use statistics and attach the documents to support the invoicing process.
Attend any emergency MEP service shut down and coordinate for its immediate rectification with service provider or maintenance contractor.
Responsible for managing the procurement of materials on day today requirement.
Manage/ control petty cash and its record keeping.
Responsible for conducting snagging of new fit out stores/sites and its document keeping for future references.

Requirement
Education & Work experience
3 to 5 Years experience in Facilities Management
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
