We are currently recruiting for Senior Stock Controller
As a Senior Stock Controller, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring Back of House efficiency, striving to constantly improve stock operations. You will ensure smooth workflows to enable the store team to maximize the time spent with clients and deliver the Louis Vuitton experience.
You will be a role model to the team and support your Team Manager in operational duties. You will proactively look for ways to better serve clients going the extra mile to improve efficiency to achieve individual and Team goals.
Maintain stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of the stock rooms and proactively identifying opportunities to make improvements, thus providing a unique Client experience (product and packaging).
Manage the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately to ensure the right products are available to improve store efficiency and maximize the time the sales team spends with the clients
Improve product availability for the clients, interacting with Supply Chain and managing & following-up X-Store orders to answer client’s needs.
Plan and execute inventory counts, managing all stock movements and administration
Support the Operations Manager by leading the team and driving the identified business priorities while also ensuring complete support is given to all colleagues to optimize the client experience
Manage client deliveries, layaways & orders
Demonstrate stock leadership and advanced operations skills, leveraging the different tools available to ensure the best possible support to the Store Team
INTERNAL CONTROL & MAINTENANCE
Monitor store maintenance liaising with Management to arrange repairs to ensure a perfect environment
Maintain store supplies by ordering replenishments where necessary
Follow Internal Controls guidelines and company’s policies and procedures
Ensure all customs documentations and legal requirements are met when processing receptions or shipments (CITES, correct documentation, hallmarking,…)

BE A ROLE MODEL TO THE TEAM
Coordinate the orientation of new joiners
Train new staff on stock and inventory
Proactively manage the daily planning of the stock team ensuring the store has sufficient support especially during peak periods
Review monthly KPI’s, identify and highlight success stories for the team while also actioning any improvement areas in a timely and effective manner
Continuously use positive and professional approaches when communicating with all colleagues and clients
Provide proactive, business focused and efficient solutions for all scenarios
Embed the omnichannel strategy to ensure a positive impact on Client experience at country level
Ensure a direct communication with Head Office departments
Fully integrate to the store team (participate in the Daily Moments) and contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the store
We are seeking candidates who have a drive for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and who are methodical and organized, with an eye towards operations and maintaining stock standards, but above all, are empathetic and client centric. You will have extensive Stock Control (store based) experience and seek to continue or enter a career in the luxury retail environment.
