Position Description
Job Title: Inventory Controller (Asset Management)
Reporting Into: Head Of Operations – Structures

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Objective:
We are looking for a highly capable inventory controller to manage our hire stock inventory. You will be reserving our stock against projects and then booking it back in on completion after it returns to the warehouse. To ensure success as an inventory controller, you should possess extensive knowledge of inventory management and experience in a related industry. An accomplished inventory controller will be someone whose expertise translate into optimally maintained stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Booking in and out the assets on our stock control system.
Coordinating stock control operations with the warehouse staff, as well as the sales and finance departments.
Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers.
Performing regular inventory audits.
Sorting and storing data.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Personal
A naturally methodical and detail-driven person with strong administrative skills.
Good communication skills.

Technical
Proficiency in inventory management software.
In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
Great analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:
A minimum of two years’ experience as a stock controller in a similar industry.
