DESCRIPTION
Looking for an Office Administrator for Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize office activities.
Preparing letter, presentation and daily report for the CEO.
Supervising administrative staffs on a daily basis.
Maintaining physical and digital record of all the office staffs.
Update internal data base with new hired information.
Attending meetings with the top managements.
Organizing the calendar for meetings
Implementing office rules and regulation.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Holder.
Minimum of three years with the same role.
Strong ability to multitask.
Good communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
