Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is functioning properly and well-stocked.
Greet and welcome visitors and clients to the office, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
Coordinate with maintenance and repair services for office equipment as needed.
Deal with queries or requests from visitors and employees, escalating to the appropriate person as needed.
Collect and distribute couriers or parcels among employees, ensuring that everything is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and report preparation.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience as a receptionist.
Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Professional and friendly demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
