DESCRIPTION
Looking for a Call Center Agent for Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
Respond accurately and satisfactorily to customer questions and concerns.
Managing and coordinate customer appointments, billings and necessary follow-up’s.
Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information and communicate products, services, and policies to consumers.
Handle complaints and concerns in a professional manner and support customers to diffuse the situation
Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with experience as call center agent.
Proven ability to manage time effectively, setting priorities, and multitasking.
Outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to actively listen and provide a solution.
