Our newest opportunity is for a Digital Delivery Lead to join our allied practice InSite and will be responsible for creating a digital network and strategy to support company networking, promote the use of systems and technologies and continually reviewing and developing team capabilities in line with technological advancements. This position can be based out of either our UAE or Qatar office locations.

Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;
Develop and lead a strategy to promote and foster a culture of excellence through improving our professional and technical excellence in line with the relevant Unit Business Plan.
Work with InSite Leaders to deliver the professional and technical excellence strategy in a focused and effective manner that is linked to our client needs.
Create a Digital Network and strategy to support company networking; promote the use of systems and technologies; and continually review and develop team capabilities in line with technological advancements.
Foster innovation for projects.
Support Project Leaders in communicating our service offering to clients and co-create opportunities with our key clients.
Provide input to proposals/take part in bid reviews for projects and work-winning opportunities such as client presentations.
Undertake or support project reviews to ensure technical compliance and good practice are being followed.
Conducts digital onboarding introduction to team members.
Champions team reviews to lead an inspiring performance culture through sharing knowledge with others and /or leading a team.
Overview and support projects, including coordinating the preparation of cost estimates, submissions, technical documentation, and client reports. Monitors project progress, scheduling/resourcing, and meeting deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years of relevant experience on various mixed use, largescale projects. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a relevant Engineering discipline. Masters in BIM, Zigurat certification, or similar would be an advantage.
Detailed understanding of the design development process and project management.
Experience teaching, tutoring, and training professionals in industry processes and technologies. Fully conversant in BIM methods and procedures and have a proven track record in the creation and responding to EIRs, authoring or contributing to BEPs and setting up delivery mechanisms to meet the clients BIM requirements.
Knowledge of various international BIM standards, including but not restricted to ISO19650, AIA BIM protocol, and Level of Development Specification.
Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret various types of business documents. High level of design or construction management skills.
Familiar with ACC Docs (BIM360), Navisworks, Revit, Civil3D, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo and Power Bi.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
