Description
Hiring a Secretary for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Coordinate travel for CEO and executive staff. Support and manage employee travel requests.
- Coordinate & follow up all formal correspondences between the CEO, the Group CEO, the Chairman’s Office and the Board of Directors.
- Draft letters, personal correspondence, presentations and official internal communication and ensure documents and reports are up to date before submittal to the Board.
- Manage and maintain organization distribution list and support cross-organization communication and events.
- Managing CEO’s office protocol & welcoming process for the VIP’s Guests.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three to four years experience as a Secretary.
- Extremely well organized, have excellent interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize own work.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
