Hiring a Secretary for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Coordinate travel for CEO and executive staff. Support and manage employee travel requests.
  • Coordinate & follow up all formal correspondences between the CEO, the Group CEO, the Chairman’s Office and the Board of Directors.
  • Draft letters, personal correspondence, presentations and official internal communication and ensure documents and reports are up to date before submittal to the Board.
  • Manage and maintain organization distribution list and support cross-organization communication and events.
  • Managing CEO’s office protocol & welcoming process for the VIP’s Guests.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Three to four years experience as a Secretary.
  • Extremely well organized, have excellent interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize own work.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
