We are looking for an engaging and driven Bars Supervisor to join our team at the London EDITION.

The Lobby Bar, one of the most stunning rooms in London, transforms from an airy space for a coffee by day to a buzzing cocktail bar by night, filled with glamorous guests and discerning drinkers. The Punch Room, a modern reincarnation of London’s 19th-century private clubs. Designed to be an intimate space away from the Soho crowds, where guests can taste 30 specialty punches – including the signature gin-infused EDITION house punch and listen to a curated soundtrack of soul, blues, ragtime and doo-wop is complemented by impromptu live performances.

As Bars Supervisor you will:
Work closely with the Bars Manager and Assistant Bars Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the internationally acclaimed Lobby Bar and Punch Room.
Be a leader that motivates a team and maintains high team focus by showing co-operation and support
Manage the floor and flow of guests throughout our bars
Thrive in a busy high-volume environment and be flexible and respond quickly and positively to changing requirements

Our most successful Bars Supervisor has:
Natural ability to build relationships with people and have a true passion for nightlife, food and drink, and most importantly, our guests
A true understanding of enchanting service, and excellent attention to detail
Exceptional drinks knowledge.
This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights
