The Mei Ume Server role:
The Server is responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and dining experience. This individual must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail. The Mei Ume Server will be responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables.

The ideal Mei Ume Server candidate will have:
At least one year’s experience as a Waiter/Waitress
Knowledge of Asian cuisine beneficial but not required
Passion for service
Good communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
Attention to detail and ability to work in a high paced environment
