The Role of Dim Sum Chef
The Dim Sum Chef will oversee a team of 2 Dim Sum Chef de Partie to create high quality product at all times.

The ideal Dim Sum Chef candidate will have:
Previous experience in Dim Sum
Proficient knowledge of Chinese cuisine
Supervisory skills preferred.
Excellent team leadership and administrative skills required.
