Mei Ume Restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square is currently recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie Sushi to join the culinary team.
The Demi Chef de Partie Sushi role:
Demi Chef de Partie leads a team of commis in the section they are responsible for within the kitchen. The Demi Chef de Partie will supervise and oversee the preparation of lunch and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management.
The ideal Mei Ume Chefs will have:
•Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
•A good understanding and practical knowledge of Asian food cooking
•Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
•Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
•Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
•Seeking a Demi Chef de Partie with previous skills in high quality fresh food cooking.
