Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square is looking for a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our team!

The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie role:
The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie is an integral part of the Main Pastry Kitchen, serving the Rotunda, Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities. This position will assist the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation.

The ideal Pastry Demi Chef de Partie will have:
Minimum of 2 years of Pastry experience
A good understanding and practical knowledge of cooking
Oral and written fluency in English
Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
