The Front Office Lead will be responsible for the arrival and departure guest experience and assist to direct the colleagues who support the guest experience including check-in and check-out, communication of hotel services and promotions, luggage assistance, concierge services and offerings, and other services as requested. This highly visible role gives opportunity for personal conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience with future career development opportunities with Hyatt.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Greeting guests upon their arrival and departure of the hotel.
Engaging with guests throughout the lobby level regarding their stay and providing assistance when needed.
Assist with information: directions, flight tracking, food and beverage recommendations, and local attractions.
Ensure knowledge of the surrounding areas and able to guide guests should they need assistance with finding out of hotel activities/events.
Responsible for the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. You will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required.
Assist guests with luggage assistance as needed/requested.
Responsible for assisting the Front Desk Hosts as needed by checking guests in and out for their hotel reservation.
Run reports and other audits as needed on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service demeanor and management required.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
Able to push/pull/lift/carry moderate weight
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
