Job Description:

• Assist managers in managing the performance and administration of vocational rehabilitation services
• Supervise the case management work of the unit
• Supervise assigned career services team (including service development)
• Provide employment counselling services for some cases

Job Requirements:

• Registered social worker with a social work degree or above
• Three years or above experience in rehabilitation services
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation services, case supervision or psychiatric rehabilitation is preferred
• Responsible, mature and proactive, independent, good communication skills and teamwork spirit
