The Role
A well-established boutique firm located in Business Bay is seeking an Administration Executive to manage the office and support the CEO. The firm supports trade, and they arrange many events and technical seminars for their members. It is a unique role, as often you will be the only individual in the office and hence, we are seeking self-motivated candidates, who can take initiative. The CEO is based outside of the UAE and travels here twice a month. You will manage all his travel and diary management; however the role focuses more specifically on preparing reports, creating high quality graphic presentations, taking minutes of meetings, answering correspondence and assisting with the conferences and events. The role is also responsible for the design and content of the newsletter so those who have a creative flair are encouraged to apply. Additionally, you will be responsible for the facilities management of the office and be the liaison for all licensing and governmental administration. You will purchase all office supplies, manage courier contracts and liaise with the members.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelors degree, who are proficient with MS Office and most specifically with graphic software. Fluent and well spoken English is required and you should possess excellent attention to detail. As discussed, you must be a self-starter and comfortable spending time alone in the office. This role is office based with no work from home option.
