Responsible for the delivery, creation and uploading of both English content onsite, App and all out channels to the highest standards. Oversee the delivery and implementation of our brand tone of voice across all communication platforms, from marketing activities (newsletters, social media, CRM and other marketing operations), PR (press releases, events invitations) to homepages
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Support the editing and creating localized content, managing of content and updating across multi-platforms within the portfolio.
Ensuring the tone of voice for each brand is adhered and the delivery of rich content is on-brand, on-time and as per briefed.
The proofing process of all emails, as well as communicating deadlines and verifying completion of projects in coordination with the marketing executives.
The layout proofing of all digital channels and providing feedback and updates accordingly.
Proofing Homepages in Preview environment as well as the layout check after they are set live.
Subbing all pages on internal CMSs and setting them live.
Subbing and signing-off all editorial copy, as well as verifying the content on posted published.
Produce engaging, educational and optimized product copy for all products across all brands and categories.
Ability to create 200 product descriptions per day.
Developing headlines and sells that have character, authenticity, and wit.
Submitting cross-channel content ideas in creative meetings.
Reviewing website content and communications to ensure all content reaches the necessary high standards, whilst also retaining our distinct
Work with the manager to verify ToV documents and updating them.
Producing copy that corresponds to the industry standards, after supporting the research on competitors and the overall luxury content that sits on fashion channels.
Subbing UI copy, as well as auditing the existing copy and implementing updates.
Continuous updating and adjusting the Tone of Voice based on data.
Be comfortable with various iterations and managing feedback from a myriad of cross-functional partners.
Write persuasive, SEO-enhanced product descriptions tailored to target consumers, motivating shoppers to click “buy.”.
Be able to work with external copywriters with the ability to assess the content quality and edit as needed.
Stay up to date on the latest E-Commerce guidelines and rules.
Stay current with the brand and style guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements, and be able to drive brand consistency across all products.
Maintain an active understanding of all Retailer requirements, including word and character counts for product titles, descriptors, bullets, long descriptions, enhanced content, landing pages, etc.;
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism preferred.
Minimum of 2 years professional-level experience in a business-centric content development role.
Understand digital and print design as well as the essential functions of video editing.
Strong understanding of design principles (typography, composition, proportion, patterning, color theory, photo art direction, etc.).
High attention to design detail.
Be able to present and defend your thought process.
Be able to both give and receive feedback, as well as follow specific direction when called for.
Ability to self-start and prioritize workload.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Employee development and performance management skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills.
Familiarity with best practices for content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram);
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues;
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
