Create sales strategy for Roche Molecular Solutions
Drive and manage financials targets related to RMS products and services
Contribute to achieve the country overall financials targets
Manages a defined sales accounts to achieve sales and financial targets in accordance with the company’s strategic goals
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives in targeted accounts
Interacts with business managers to communicate sales performance, and cooperates with Marketing and support functions to implement promotional strategies and to monitor competitor’s activities
Develop customer prospects and create and maintain relationships with decision makers
Works to build and maintain network of colleagues, partners, and customers to share information and obtain prospects
Demonstrate deep product knowledge and present product narrative to customers
Adaptable to understand different market challenges and opportunities to act accordingly towards the business priority.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments
Contacts new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives in targeted accounts, by developing new business, growing existing business, maintaining customer relationships and solving customer problems. This includes identifying and developing strategic account plans, developing and delivering the differentiating message and quantifiable economic value for products and services, selling the primary differentiation of Roche products, overcoming and managing objections, and negotiating to obtain sales.
Generates demand and maximizes product awareness by working with and providing education and information to customers.
Communicates competitive market information internally
Ensure compliance with the corporate policies, process and Quality System and recommend potential improvements to Supervisor and Quality Manager.
Experience and qualification requirements:
BS/MSc degree in Medical, Biomedical, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar scientific
3-5 years relevant sales or equivalent experience
At least 2 years experience product experience in Molecular Diagnostics
Strong negotiation skills
High presentation skills
MBA in business or Marketing
Requirement – Fluent in English
Preferred – Arabic is a plus, or any spoken language in the market
