Job Purpose
This position exists to perform IT core infrastructure services (On-Premises, Cloud) including Microsoft environment efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within wider scope.

Key Accountability Areas
• Troubleshooting and resolution of Data Center infrastructure problems
• Ensured monitoring alerts and system events were assessed, prioritized, and managed
• Identified process improvement opportunities to increase platform stability and realize operational efficiencies
• Architecting and design enterprise level IT architectural solutions utilizing VMware’s core virtualization and cloud offerings
• Planning, implementing and maintaining DC environment (Microsoft, VMware and Storage)
• Perform advanced VMware virtualization design, administration, and troubleshooting
• Design Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and other cloud-based solutions
• Design and execute various projects in the IT environment
• Prepare Design, Test & Simulate Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Plans
• Technical consultancy provides to the IT Helpdesk Teams & Project Teams
• Administering Linux SUSE with SAP HANA
• Working closely with the security team to reduce any potential risks and threats against Alfanar Group
• Launch complex recovery solutions to safeguard mission critical data
