Job Purpose
This position exists to provide all the needed information to get (Hit rate, the market share, market size expectation, long term opportunities (Mega Projects), competitors analysis) by using all available sources of information through C4C system, MEED, social media. Maintain the system for Projects Sales All segments, controlling all new opportunities, study the potential Project, execution projects. Lead the procedures for any new development in creating order process (C4C, CPQ& ECC). Micro monitor review through monthly reports for all Lost projects, Pipeline, Non-Active quotations, with analysis for each

Key Accountability Areas
Monitor C4C data for Project sales – Standard & nonstandard Products
Extract the Required information that helps the business to calculate Hit-Rate, market size, demand, and potential projects.
Weighting and distributing the analyzing data according to the criteria from outsources, convert it to compatible format with C4C, Lead then opportunities
Upload and distribute new opportunities as lead to sales team
Receive feedback through C4C and BI reports about the opportunities, analyze it and to build digital visual with other information to increase marketing understating (where our competitors, where the high and low market share, the market trends etc.).
Monthly presentation for Projects sales performance
Business training for all users how to use the system in proper way to avoid all types of errors
Provide information about the competitors’ products and any changes in the market may benefit the company
Provide information about the main manufacturers in construction field
Market trend analysis
procedures.
Making regular reports reviews for the teamwork to know strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
All admin issues of the research team.
