Sales & Office Administrator Job Description: | Terex Corporation Dubai
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs clerical duties involving the use of some independent judgment and an understanding of departmental functions and procedures.
Assures that Team Members receive timely response transactions, answers to questions, and receive access to all administrative services.
Maintains, and organize for ordering and distributing office supplies stock.
Manage sending/receiving air shipment
Arranging renewal of company’s Trade License, Tenancy Contract, health/life insurance, postal.
Monitor office monthly bills & coordinate with accounts team.
Manage relevant & confidential documents and assure their integrity.
Coordinates with visa provider for employment process.
Update internal database for team member information.
Gather team member’s payroll data, such as working/leave days.
Coordinate with HR, HSE & Marketing team.
Acknowledge, monitor shipping & communicates with customer for order status (assigned region).
Monitor day-to-day order status & update weekly sales report (UAE, Turkey, SA region).
Answers phone/email routine product inquiries, forward to the right representative.
Assist Sales Manager’s quotations.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Terex Equipment Middle East
