JOB TITLE: Lounge – Sales and Operations Coordinator
REPORTING TO: Boutique Manager
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
The Lounge – Sales and Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the overall sales operations and client treatment in The Lounge location. Their role is to ensure all guests have a ‘One of Not Many’ experience and that boutique staff are fully supported during client interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure that each and every client receives an outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, strong product knowledge and all other components of the Customer Service.
Assist co-workers in the sales/aftersales process and work as a team under the supervision of the Boutique Manager.
Confidently lead product presentations and close sales with clients.
Collaborate closely with the Client Activation and Hospitality Manager to prepare and execute events and activations taking place in The Lounge.
Liaise directly with the concierge and F&B department to coordinate special client treatments and any ad hoc requests.
Ensure sales transactions are processed in accordance with the required internal procedures using the systems provided.

Merchandising and maintaining a luxury environment:
Actively participate in the visual merchandising of The Lounge, implementing required housekeeping, including cleaning products, displays counters etc.
Display products as per visual merchandising guidelines.
Merchandise seasonal animations and product launch as per the guidelines.
Product Reception and Inventory:
Receive shipments of new products, apply a quality control at the store level before selling, and price tag all items.
Assist in the monthly stock taking of all items in The Lounge (sellable/non sellable).
Actively participate in proactive boutique stock orders, and order projections via stock movement analysis.
Maintain Aftersales reports and documentations.
Monitoring of Cash & invoicing in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Proven experience in hospitality role.
Retail experience, luxury jewellery/watches is a plus.
Technical skills / abilities:
Excellent communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good relations with both staff and clients.
Basic computer skills (email, MS office).
