DESCRIPTION
Hiring a Purchase officer for Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing plans for the purchase of materials as required by production department.
- Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualification, delivery times, product ranges etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analysis and reports.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Four years of experience as a Purchase officer.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office application.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
