Manager – Talent Acquisition Job Description
The Manager – Talent Acquisition is a key critical role for driving the Talent Acquisition Strategy for all Publicis Groupe’s brands and practices across the MENA region, with a main focus on KSA.
The role’s responsibilities are centered around the enablement of a smoother, better and faster recruitment experience focusing on strong talent pipeline building, attracting transformative talents and data and people analytics.
A key aspect of the role is meeting the changing recruitment needs of the company’s fast-paced environment by managing all the recruitment activities to hire top talents for the assigned current or future roles in KSA.
Technical & Product
Use Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) to its full potential for end-to-end recruitment cycle from job creation until offer issuance.
Conduct competency-based interviews for thorough assessment of talents.
Use different recruitment tools to source for candidates.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
Have a consultative approach and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers during briefing session and throughout recruitment process.
Manage full recruitment lifecycle for roles at all levels from sourcing through offer issuance.
Build a strong talent pipeline of diverse and qualified talents for niche roles for faster turnaround time.
Ensure to achieve set recruitment KPIs.
Prioritize internal talents for current and future openings.
Drive best-in-class candidate experience to position Publicis Groupe as employer of choice.
Assess recruitment needs and determine when to involve external recruitment agencies.
Ensure constant collaboration and knowledge sharing across different verticals within the Talent team.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
Analyze recruitment data for execution of innovative recruitment strategies.
Tailor to the different hiring needs of each brand and practice by being agile and flexible in ways of working.
Create hiring programs and potential partnerships with universities to fulfil business needs.
Strategic market mapping for niche/critical roles.
Partner with Education and Performance Management teams on succession planning.

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role.
Experience in media and communications industry is a must.
Arabic speaking is preferred.
Proven experience of delivering successful projects in complex matrixed organizations.
Broad understanding of the agency model and its evolution into the platform-based agency of the future.
Experience of managing up and across with the ability to navigate a complex stakeholders’ matrix.
