HR Assistant Job Description

Assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR and Finance Officer
Compile and update employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, etc)
Deal with employee requests regarding letters, HR issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Communicate with public services when necessary
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in UAE HR or PRO role (preferably with freezone experience)
Very comfortable with MS Office
Knowledge of UAE labor law
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Degree in HR or related field an advantage
Arabic speakers preferred
