Learning & Development Administrator
Support Fugro’s learning and development function by assisting with the administration, coordination and implementation of training programs, and Talent Management initiatives

Job responsibilities:
Develop effective ongoing relationships at all levels across central L & D services responding to queries directly and influencing managers to follow a best practice approach
Support the delivery of centralized Share point administration processes, for example, training schedules, communications, centralized calendars etc.
Support the Talent Manager in planning and implementation of organizational changes, L & D projects, workstreams, and initiatives that support the Centre of Excellence business strategy
Collation of weekly and monthly reports using in-house systems
Proactively implement opportunities to improve team ways of working supporting the Talent Manager to identify problems and find solutions

You bring (qualifications & experience)
Bachelors degree or higher in HR, Business or a related discipline is preferred
Excellent knowledge and skills in MS Office Packages; SharePoint, Office 365, Teams, and Workday
HR experience in administration preferable
Great organization and administration skills with good attention to detail.
Comfortable and confident to communicate with people from all levels of the business.
Have plenty of initiative to problem solve with a real ‘can-do attitude
Have a great attitude to work and be able to work within the boundaries set as part of the new centralized service
