Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a savvy, friendly, motivated, and energetic Key Account Manager to join the Middle East team.

Position Summary
Directly reporting to the Marketing Director, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for growing the brand in Sephora Omnichannel by gaining market shares, driving sales, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales and growth, while ensuring the brand’s visibility and presence in Sephora stores across the GCC.

Main responsibilities
1. Account Management (Omnichannel)
Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with Sephora, serving as the primary point of contact
Implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, merchandising, and promotional activities align with the brand’s standards and objectives
Partner with VM team for merchandising updates to maximize profitability
Provide sales data to complement the merchandising strategy and validate the efficacy of proposed updates

2. Sales and Revenue Generation
Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, promotions, and events in Sephora stores, in alignment with the Commercial Team
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop 360 marketing plans, product launches, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
Develop and execute a comprehensive account business plan to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to address any deviations from the set targets in alignment with the Commercial Team
Work with the Product Manager to determine forecast quantity for all newness. Communicate allocation quantity to Retailer’s buying/planning team
Assist field teams in opening of new doors cross functionally
Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines, training, and visual merchandising standards

3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Sephora
Collaborate with Sephora to identify and execute joint business opportunities
Ensure training and support to Sephora sales teams on Benefit Cosmetics products and selling techniques
Represent Benefit Cosmetics at Sephora events and meetings

PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account, brand or product management preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams from different departments
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success
Willingness to travel within the Middle East region
