Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team to maintain and develop a long-term relationship with clients through identifying and interpreting their requirements – with a consultative sales approach.
- Administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting,
- Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Create client quotations; check tender documentations and assist our Directors of Sales with managing client accounts.
- Record progress of all customer inquiries.
- Maintain sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
- Follow up all inquiries; prepare quotations and related documents for new and existing customers.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming calls for information.
- Generate lists of prospects/contacts and contact them by following standard operating procedures.
- Ensure that all incoming emails are replied to in a prompt fashion and with pertinent information.
- Contract bookings and assist sales team in the execution of sales processes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder with experience as sales coordinator.
- Strong business mindset to identify sales opportunities in the terms of customer requirements, competition etc.
- Outstanding English skills in written and verbal.
- Dynamic, charismatic and enthusiastic personality.
