Hiring an Operations Executive for Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design strategy and set goals for growth, optimizing process to maximize profitability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations (Completely responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and its team).
  • Set policies and processes and ensure they are implemented.
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses for projects, events and the company.
  • Increase revenue and net profit margins.
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees, direct the employee assessment process.
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally, providing platforms for training and growth.
  • Set policies and processes and communicate all operating policies/processes to the staff.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Three to five years experience as an Operations Officer.
  • Strong analytical ability with a focus on optimization.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Experience with usage of MS Windows and MS office and related tools.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous work ethic.
