As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the guest relations team and ensuring the smooth operation of all guest-related services. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests’ needs are met and that they have a memorable stay with us. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.

What you will be doing:
Supervise and lead the guest relations team, providing guidance and support
Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively
Coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement necessary measures for improvement
Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the guest relations department
Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise
Prepare reports and provide recommendations for enhancing guest experiences
Providing recommendations and information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
Take initiative to add a personalized experience
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience in a guest relations or front desk supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English & Russian Language.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
