Delivery Manager Job Description:

Job Description
The job holder will oversee the provision of services to clients by ensuring a business can provide good customer service and continually assess the quality of its products and services. The responsibilities of the role are detailed below:
Managing budgets, monitor overall progress of projects, correct errors, and lead teams.
Identifying improvement areas within a business and recommend ways to increase productivity and enhance the quality of outcomes.
Ensure that staff members take action to implement these solutions to upgrade service delivery.
Regularly prepare progress reports on a company’s service delivery and present them to the management team.
Take responsibility for service delivery performance, incidents, and client expectations.
Understanding current projects in the Digital Transformation unit and managing the budgets a team requires to complete their work successfully.
The job holder will be expected to try to reduce costs to improve a company’s financial status while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or electronics-related field.
Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
Previous experience for same role or similar job such as Head of PMO
PMP certified is a must.
Excellent English and Arabic speaking and writing.
Experience in managing the delivery of mega project and prestigious customers.
Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
Excellent customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
Good resource planning skills.
Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
