Customer Service Officer
The Customer Service Officer provides sales, technical and administrative support to the CSR manager and Sales department. Responsible for all aspects of Customer Service in the allocated countries, support in key sales functions, reviewing and managing end to end orders, communicating delivery status, managing sales back-office operation to support front line sales, and managing contracts and agreements. These duties will involve extensive interaction with Engineering, Sales, Production and Operations and will act as a liaison between the customer and various departments to ensure proper customer support and satisfaction.
Administration of Quotation process for Customers – specifically obtaining complete data, coordinating pricing and delivery conditions
Administration of Sales orders for Customers – specifically focusing on correctness & clear specification
Administration of purchasing in demanded cases
Administration of shipment as well as invoicing documents in demanded cases
Maintenance of Customer Masterdata
Coordination and communication with other supporting department, customers as well as suppliers
Administration of Complaints from Customer
Responsibility for completeness and correctness of maintained data
Responsibility for following pricing, delivery, payment, and other general rules
Maintenance of Material masterdata
Preparing of data for department reports or defined reports itself
Processing of daily demands and tasks given by CS manager
What you should bring with you
Looking for a Customer Service professional with 5-10 years’ experience in an international company handling all aspects of customer service and supply chain. Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with a highly diverse multi-cultural team.
Graduation in Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage
Demonstrated strong Service results in similar industry environment
ERP knowledge (SAP)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC),
Basic understanding of Commercial, legal and Trading rules/laws
Customer focus, organized, multi-tasking & strong integrity standards,
Proactive in process improvements
At least 5 years in Customer Service administration
