Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villa’s Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible to manage one of the restaurants/banquet as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s/banquet operating concept and brand standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Qualifications
Previous experience as Chef de Cuisine in a hotel of good standards and event operations
you must experience with large banquets operations
Already based in the UAE
