Central Tower Solar Field Engineer for Noor Energy 1 CSP plant will ensure that all solar field engineering issues are accomplished in accordance with technical requirements for proper functioning of CT SF Field and provide guidance to operation and maintenance team regarding the operability and maintainability of Solar Field. The key points are as follow:
Guide/perform control room operation of the solar field control system which consists of heliostats aimed on a tower to collect thermal energy for power generation.
Provide maintenance and troubleshooting technical support for the solar field and its auxiliaries (i.e. cameras, weather sensors, gears, communications devices, etc.).
Provide expertise and support for SFINCS control system (i.e. SFINCS functionalities, commands, screens, etc.) including architecture and communications.
Act as a company point of contact for coordination of commissioning work with other entities on site (EPC contractor, DCS operators, Solar Field workers, etc.).
Working in a multidisciplinary environment which includes software, control and communication systems, databases, and mechanics.

Who will fit:
7-10 experience in the design and/or maintenance of a Tower Technology Solar power plant; at least 3 years should have been in the capacity of solar fields.
Degree holder, minimum of Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
Practical experience and know-how of I&C engineering
Knowledge on Automation Network (Preferred)
Knowledge on Programming Language (Preferred)
Knowledge of downtime analysis and practical knowledge of problem-solving tools.
Knowledge of maintenance management methods, of predictive inspection tools and of CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System, good knowledge of SAP Template desirable).
Knowledge of the operations of power generation plants.
Strong planning, organizing, and integration skills
Teamwork and effective collaboration skills.
