The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Assistant

Responsibilities
As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the hotel relating to accounts receivable. Including; generating and issuing invoices, processing payments, and following up on overdue payments. Reconciling customer accounts, address customer inquiries and concerns, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Additionally, you will assist in preparing financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivable. Overall, the role of an Accounts Receivable Assistant is crucial in ensuring efficient cash flow and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.
