Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
- Meet performance goals for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay calm and professional during challenging calls
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays (if applicable)
