You will enhance the prosperity of farmers by:
Successfully designing, executing, implementing, and completing Sales Services projects, within time and agreed budgets
Leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams to build their capability to effectively deliver the area change programs and agenda while establishing a culture of operational excellence and continues improvement

Accountabilities

  • Assist on the development and then managing the Sales Services change agenda
  • Design and lead the implementation of Sales Services projects, within agreed time and budgets
  • Develop a detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Support and coordinates with other areas (e.g. Supply Operations, Marketing Operations, etc) cross-functional projects
  • Facilitate the analysis and propose solutions on how best implement and or integrate new businesses and ways of workings.
  • Define, propose, implement, and track suitable metrics (KPIs) to drive area process excellence performance
  • Develop and run cross-regional key reports that enable key data and information flows in a consistent way from Countries/territories to region.
  • Establish and sustain training programs for current stuff and newcomers to ensure knowledge retention and the continued development of competences and capability
  • Foster a culture of continues improvement and operational excellence mindset across the region
  • Supports the development and maintenance of key processes documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Master, preferably in Business, Economics or Industrial Engineering
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service, Demand Planning, Marketing or Supply Operations roles
  • Sound knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills
  • Leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated skills to provide training programs
