Job Purpose
Responsible for managing and developing the Hospitality Brand teams in order to achieve high levels of revenue, whilst maintaining brand image, operational compliance and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Education/Certification and Continued Education
A Degree or tertiary qualification in Retailing or Retail Management

Years of Experience
At least 7 years of Hospitality experience with a proven track record in the field of driving sales within the field

Knowledge and Skills
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Strong collaboration skills
Strategic mindset with a track record of strong decision making
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Multi – unit store operations experience
A Natural passion for food and beverage

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for quality operations, training, brand standards and service excellence
Work with each brand head to develop the Revenue and profit strategy for each store, P&L accountability
Actively work with product development to ensure that all new menu campaigns are implemented effectively. Feed back to the Head of Hospitality on product quality issues and customer feedback
Monitor the revenue figures and operational costs against budgets and make all the necessary changes to achieve these with the brand operations teams
Study market trends and consumer preferences to understand and specify customer expectations and adopt a suitable approach for brand management
Oversee the implementation of the plans for new outlet openings in line with budgets, timelines and operational policies and procedures

Drive sales, monitor performance and identify commercial opportunities and make recommendations to meet and exceed sales targets
