Job Description:
Manage a sales team made up of experts in HR solutions and technologies and bring them to the expected objectives
Adopt a position of leader coach by evaluating and supporting the rise in skills of the teams
Responsible for your own key account customer portfolio to ensure loyalty and development
Develop the business and manage the commercial activity on a daily basis using the CRM for precise monitoring
Ensure a permanent competitive watch and participate in the development of new products & services.
Work with the other departments: Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Technical & Communication in order to obtain the best quality of service for your customers.

Job Requirements:
Managerial experience of a BtoB sales team
A true leader, you know how to federate in a proactive spirit of conquest and commercial performance
Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable written and oral communication
