Overview of the role:
Focus on the sales of vans and buses product range. Oversee the relationships with the company’s existing clients, add new customers to the business through market coverage an building strong relationships with all customers (new and existing), meet and exceed budget requirements. Contribute in sustaining and growing CV business to achieve long-term success.
What you will do:
Contributing to the achievement of revenue, unit sales and customer engagement through effective sales process management, increasing customer retention and efficient distribution strategy. Provides support to the department sales manager for the preparation of annual budget and business proposals, which highlight major activities planned for achieving and exceeding set targets.
Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the department.
Proactively manage customer requirements for on-time delivery considering lead-times, specification changes and demand.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key contacts. Gather market information on competitor activities to ensure the departments competitive edge in product, pricing, services, and systems.
Able to manage every element of the sales process on an individual level.
Researching and analysing sales options, understanding market needs and improving the brand market share
Required skills to be successful:
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in selling reputed make of commercial vehicles.
Gulf region experience
Strong communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships professionals of all levels.
Excellent organisational skills
Problem solving skills
About the Team:
You will be working in a fast paced and diverse environment, and reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
What equips you for the role:
A good understanding of Automotive Fleet Sales in general and Commercial Vehicles in specific shall be an advantage.
University graduate, engineering background will be an added advantage.
Valid Qatar driving licence
