Reservations Supervisor Job at Four Seasons London

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Reservations Supervisor to join our team. This role will be located at Four Seasons Park Lane but work within the UK Collection overseeing our 3 hotels.

As the Reservations Supervisor you will be knowledgeable about the Four Seasons UK Collection Hotels and be effective at selling them on the telephone, handling general enquiries regarding bookings and amendments. This individual will also be responsible for assisting with the daily supervision and coaching of our 15 person team.
