Human Resources Officer Job Description:

As Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for:
Assign, monitor and oversee the performance of assigned tasks keeping staff informed of changes in their terms and conditions of employment.

Coaches, guides and support line managers on all HR related matters.

HRMS Responsibilities:

Ensure HRMS entries related to changes in Salaries, Re-designations Leave [unpaid/encashment, Separations etc. are uploaded in the Oracle Database.
Advises on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
General HR administrative support for line managers and employees
Prepares HR documentation required for Head office HR department – SMA etc.
Develops job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.

Qualifications

About you:
Relevant College or Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Proven ability to work under pressure to defined time scales and budget
Proven experience in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business
Strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience
Ability to role model best practices
Previous work experience in Airline/Customer Service Industry
